JOANLAMENSDORF

Joan Lamensdorf is an award-winning artist whose paintings are inspired by the effects of light, shadow and atmosphere on the landscape and objects around her. Her work challenges the senses as she experiments with color, texture and light. Joan’s expressive paintings have been featured in numerous solo and group shows in New York, New Jersey and California and in private collections across the country.

Moving to Southern California from the east coast in the summer of 2012 has provided Joan with the opportunity to study art under new light conditions and to experiment with new ideas.

Joan is featured in Who’s Who in American Art.
